How time flies when you're having fun in Downtown Rockford. Stroll on State presented by Illinois Bank & Trust will celebrate its 5th anniversary on Saturday, November 25th, and the organizers have added even more cool things to one of Rockford's favorite events.

If you've been kicking yourself because you missed out on all the fun of last weekend's Stroll on State, you can stop now. One of the coolest features of Stroll on State is Rockford's River Lights, and you can still get down to see them Saturdays and Sundays throughout December.
