Still Eating Cookies the Old-School Way?

If you're like me, your cookie consumption has probably followed the same routine for years. I get a cookie, oven baked or out of the box/bag, and...eat it. Sure, I may go a little crazy and dunk the cookie (chocolate chip cookies dunked into a dark roast coffee is my favorite way), but that's about it.

Until I saw these folks enjoying "Dragon Cookies." Dragon Cookies are dunked into liquid nitrogen before being served, and the effect is pretty interesting:
