The maps come with with a refreshed design and updated information. The maps are free and are being distributed by the Illinois Department of Transportation at the Illinois State Fair or can be requested by DOT.maps@illinois.gov. It's also expected they'll be rolled out at interstate rest areas soon.
The map is published every two years and is made available by federal funding. Again, to request copies of the new map, you can contact DOT.maps@illinois.gov.
