Downtown Rockford Has A Brand New Mural

The mural is a week-long project painted on the building at Eddie Green Place, 331 East State Street, in downtown Rockford.

As part of the Forest City Beautiful Initiative, street artist Kelsey Montague has added something really cool to downtown Rockford.

The Rockford Area Convention and Visitors Bureau's (RACVB) mural program enlisted Kelsey to create a mural that features two trees being connected by a suspended pedestrian bridge.

The RACVB hopes that the new artwork will provide a great background for visitors to snap some cool photos.

Looking at it, I believe they're right. Kelsey did some pretty amazing work:
