I have very little trouble admitting that I've killed more than a few wasps in my time. I've always had a live and let live relationship with bees, but wasps have always been on my kill-on-sight list.
Is it because we want all aspects of our lives to smell April fresh? No. Are we trying to get the wrinkles out of an old mailbox? Still no. Is it in hopes of going out to the mailbox the next day to find Snuggle Bear? Does our mail stink? Static cling keeping the bills stuck together?

So, I see where social media (including people posting from around the Rockford area) is all abuzz about a somewhat new phenomenon--dryer sheets being deliberately placed into mailboxes.
