With Mother’s Day around the corner and more than 70 percent of moms with young children working today, the personal-finance website WalletHub conducted an in-depth analysis of 2017’s Best & Worst States for Working Moms.  And, guess what? The Land of Lincoln is among the best places for a working mom to be.

Unfortunately, Illinois often finds itself around the bottom of good lists, and at or near the top of the bad lists. Sometimes, albeit rarely, we find a good list that Illinois actually holds a high position on. Today, we learn that Illinois is a pretty good state for working moms.
