Bullying has always been an issue. And lately, too many stories of kids being bullied so bad that they're actually taking their own lives. Bullying has become unescapable.

All Rockford Public Schools are closed today after frigid weather kept some District 205 buses from starting.

District 205 officials say students at Bloom Elementary School are being dismissed for the day because of a substantial water leak at the building. If possible, parents are encouraged to pick up their children from school.
