We've got another round of really cold temperatures heading our way here in the Rockford area next week. Take a look at what the recent polar vortex is doing off to our east right now.

That campfire-ish scent that was wafting through the stateline last week has been chalked up to Canadian wildfires, and now another side-effect of those wildfires, this time visual, is here in the form of really cool, colorful sunsets.

It seems that over 300 guards (317, to be exact) called in "sick" so they could stay home to watch Game 7 between the Cavs and the Warriors.

In hockey, there's nothing new about a fight breaking out. It happens all the time. To be fair, it's almost always player against player (and sometimes the crowd is part of the mix). The key words being "almost always." For the exception, we head to a Junior A game in London, Ontario...
