BEWARE: ‘Wicked’ Dolls Being Sold In Illinois May Come With a Shocking Surprise

A packaging mistake led to a very shocking surprise for one Indiana man who recently purchased a "Mattel Wicked Doll" online.

I love going to the theatre, especially to see musicals, but I still haven't seen one of the most popular musicals on the planet; 'Wicked'.

Honestly, I have been dying to see 'Wicked' for many years now, but the timing has never worked out or it just slips my mind. For that reason, and so many more, I am SUPER excited to to see the new 'Wicked' movie starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo when it hits theaters on November 20, 2024...and I know my two daughters will love it too.

My kids have been busy working on their Christmas wish list for several weeks now, and I am 100 percent sure that after they see 'Wicked', toys inspired by the movie are going to be added to the top of their lists.

A 'Wicked' Packaging Mistake

'Wicked' inspired toys and other items are all over store shelves and online right now, but there's one toy you might want to to pay close attention to before checking out...

An article on mystateline.com says Mattel was unaware of the packaging mistake until Daniel Goodwin attempted to go to wicked.com and saw a whole lot more than he bargained for.

After Mattel was notified about the NSW mistake they said this in a statement;

We deeply regret this unfortunate error and are taking immediate action to remedy this. Parents are advised that the misprinted, incorrect website is not appropriate for children.

FYI , the 'Wicked' doll collection is the only merchandise sold by Mattel that comes with "naughty" info on the box, but you might want to check the box before buying one...just in case.
