Jonathan Schrap, 24, was arrested in Brown County, Wisconsin. The charges against Johnny Boy include:

False imprisonment

Reckless injury

Mayhem

Charged with "Mayhem" were we, I guess I better explain.

Johnny cut a female friend's finger off, and stuck it in the freezer so he could "eat it later." That's part one...Johnny goes by the nickname "Bloody Ruckus," mom must be so proud.

The blood he drank was from a MACHETTE cut onto the woman's forearm...Now the forearm cut, the slicing off a digit...Totally ok with the female. She told officers not to arrest him because she said these actions were ok with her. WTH.

"Bloody Ruckus" and friends attempted to stop the bleeding...First idea was to use a lighter. Didn't work. So one of these brilliant folks said "let's use a blowtorch." Dear lord, these folks are smart.

Shelby Neuens was the woman's name...She left this "party" and headed home, minus a finger and having a giant cut on her arm. Her MOTHER overheard a conversation about what had just happened and demanded she go to the hospital.

Mr. Bloody Ruckus was arrested and charged, even though Shelby didn't want that to happen. Pick better friends, Shelby.
