A man used the public restroom in an Illinois grocery store and left something very important behind that got him into some serious trouble.
An Illinois Man Forgets His Gun In A Grocery Store Public Restroom
I'm not a big fan of using public restrooms, especially in a busy place like a grocery store. You never know what you're walking into, and many times it's not pleasant. When you gotta go, you gotta go. There's no choice, so just hope for the best.

Have you ever used a public restroom and then left something behind? That's the worst feeling. First of all, you rush back hoping it's still there. Then, you're hoping you didn't drop it on the dirty floor or even worse, in the toilet.
You might not be familiar with Whole Foods because we don't have one in Rockford, but it's a fancy grocery store, so I'm very surprised this happened. A customer went into the restroom. When he walked out, he realized he had left his gun in a stall. By the time he went back, an employee had already found it. He has a permit, but that was a big problem, so he got arrested.

According to Patch...
An employee at Whole Foods, 215 S. Route 83, found a gun in the store's restroom, police said.
Police said a 35-year-old Bensenville man, who has a concealed carry permit, left his gun in a restroom stall about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, and it was discovered minutes later when the man returned to look for it, police said.
The man was charged with careless handling of a firearm and was released.
