Rockford Animal Shelter Needs Emergency Foster Homes, Volunteers & Supplies
Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary is asking the public for assistance as they prepare to take in dozens of dogs from flooded shelters affected by Hurricane Debby.
With shelters overflowing and at full capacity with animals, a local animal shelter is doing everything they can to help shelters devastated by this damaging hurricane.

Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary in Rockford, Illinois is seeking volunteers, supplies and foster homes as soon as possible.
Every dog will also need medical care when they arrive, so these donations are much appreciated:
- Towels
- Cleaning supplies
- Blankets

"Hurricane Debby is expected to cause severe flooding in the lowlands of Georgia and South Carolina. We have been asked to take in an emergency transport of 30-40 dogs to help the flooded shelters and create space to dogs that will end up displaced in the flooding." [Noah's Ark]
