A Music and Cannabis Combo That's Totally Legal
The Miracle in Mundelein is Illinois' first (and only) music festival where attendees 21 and up can legally bring and consume cannabis on-site. It's happening September 6-7 right across from RISE Dispensary in north suburban Mundelein, less than two hours from Rockford.
