Wisconsin State Fair 2025: Sporkies and Drinkies Finalists Are Pure Deep-Fried Madness

If you’ve ever looked at a pizza and thought, “This needs corn and lime,” or if you’ve ever craved your pancake breakfast in root beer form, congrats, you’re mentally prepared for the 2025 Wisconsin State Fair. The annual Sporkies (for food) and Drinkies (for drinks) finalists have been announced, and they are more unhinged than ever.

2025 Sporkies: The Food Finalists That Could End You (In a Good Way)

This year’s Sporkies include a donut ice cream sandwich smothered in bacon and peanut butter, blueberry bratwurst wrapped in a flapjack, and lumpia filled with French toast and purple ube butter. Oh, and let’s not forget the Brat Rangoon, because who hasn’t screamed, “You know what this wonton needs? Pork sausage and sweet & sour sauce!”

There are eight finalists total, and they’ll all be on sale during the fair, July 31–August 10.

2025 Drinkies: Sugar, Spice, and Glitter Bombs

The Drinkies do not disappoint. One finalist combines Concord grape juice, lemonade, edible glitter, and Pop Rocks.

Another mixes root beer, maple syrup, and mini pancakes inside the straw.

You can also sip on pickle juice lemonade or a strawberry smoothie dripping in pistachio butter and chocolate. You know, for balance.

Get a Taste Before the Judging
