Here on the Riley and Scot show we've replayed many times some audio of Illinois governor Pat Quinn's lament that if Illinois were to pass a concealed-carry law, we would turn our state into a Wild West shooting gallery. The governor opined that Illinoisans would draw their "loaded and concealed handgun to assuage their anger" should a fellow shopper accidently run into them with a shopping cart.

Nevermind that this scenario has never happened in any U.S. state with a concealed-carry law (that's all 50, by the way).

However, an Iowa man had a gun issue at his local Walmart. Not because he was angry and ready to assuage that anger...but because he was clumsy and careless. The Daily Iowegian has the story.

In the immortal words of Navin Johnson, "He hates these cans!!"
