DD has released a statement about a hacking incident that stole DD Perks members' personal information.

On October 31, 2018, Dunkin Donuts' DD Perks member information was "breached" resulting in customer's username and passwords, e-mail addresses, and DD Perks account numbers and QR codes. According to mystateline.com,

The company forced a password reset for customers that were affected, meaning those customers would need to log out and create a new password. The account numbers of customers affected will also be replaced.

In regards to the information leak, Dunkin Donuts is taking appropriate steps to see that this does not happen again.

We immediately launched an internal investigation and have been working with our security vendor to remediate this event and to help prevent this kind of event from occurring in the future.

As stated above, if you use the DD Perks app you should be prompted to login in and update your information, if not log out and log in again.
