Rockford is home to some of the best food in the Midwest and now's your chance to take a bite out of everything the Stateline has to offer.

We all know picking out one restaurant for lunch or dinner in Rockford is tough task.

Do you want something noodle-esque, burger-y, salad-like, there are so many great options!

But there's one night in downtown Rockford where you don't have to decide.

Bite Nite, brought to you by OSF Healthcare, is back for the second year in a row at City Market Pavilion in downtown Rockford, Saturday, July 28.

Food and drinks from a bunch of your favorite Rockford area restaurants will be yours for the tasting from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m.

Admission is just $5 for adults, children 12 and under are free and of course there will be fun in addition to the food!

Each restaurant and food business will offer 'bites' of their favorite menu items ranging from $1-5 each.

Live music from The Groove Hotel and The Missing Links, giant kids area and food competitions will be going on throughout the night.

We are so excited to be a part of Bite Nite, as well as Sweet Lenny and I representing Ate One Five as two of the three celebrity judges, along with Rachel from Rockford Cravings.

Get everything you need to know about Bite Nite here and on their Facebook page.

We'll see ya there!
