You’ll Want To Avoid This Stretch Of Perryville For A Bit

Just because summer is wrapping up doesn't mean we're done with construction. 

NOTE: As always, I did all the illustrations for this post in MS Paint. Pretty impressive I know. My rates are reasonable if you'd like some work done.

If you're headed south on Perryville, you're going to need a different route if you want to go any farther than the mall.

WIFR - Starting Wednesday, South Perryville Road will be closed from Harrison Avenue to the bridge of bypass 20. Crews will be working to replace a road culvert. Derour routes will be posted along the road. Work is expected to be complete by the end of the week.

There you have it. Not the worst delays we've seen around town but it's surely going to disrupt more than a few travelers this week. Here's hoping they stay on schedule and everything will be back to normal beginning Monday.
