I'm guessing that when you go out shopping, you don't just pile items in your cart without looking at what they cost. Unless you're a highly-compensated professional athlete, lottery winner, or all-around rich person, you just can't do it like that.

Well, there is one more category of person who would do that: Illinois lawmaker.

This morning, on the WROK Morning Show, we were joined by Ted Dabrowski, VP of Policy, and Spokesperson for Illinois Policy. Illinois Policy is "an independent organization generating public policy solutions aimed at promoting personal freedom and prosperity in Illinois."
