Yolanda Garcia & Rebecca Adams launched Rockford's INCrowd Networking Group with it's first meeting in April 2008. Yolanda said,

"We spent a lot of time investigating area networking groups that we would be interested in joining. It was soon discovered that we either could not join due to membership guidelines (only one member per profession) or they were too costly.
We hosted and organized an 'out-of-the-box' Commercial Property Open House in the end of 2008. It was such a great event - people kept asking when we would be hosting the next one."

The focus of the INCrowd is to promote networking and businesses in the stateline area.

Unlike many of the groups in existence, there are no fees for membership and no restrictions regarding the number of professionals in like business fields. The INCrowd meets 11 times a year, the last Thursday of the month - January through October.

The INCrowd meets at a different location on the last Thursday of each month from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. It is an open house forum - you may come and go as you like. This month's event is Jan. 30 at Security Professionals, 7120 Windsor Lake Pkwy in Loves Park.
