Move over corn mazes (Quick sidebar: Why has no one called their's a corn maize?),  there's a new living labyrinth you need to check out.

The Cherry Point Farm is in Shelby Michigan. You might not know where that is, I definitely didn't.

It is just a 4.5-hour drive from Rockford on the coast of Lake Michigan in western Michigan.

Like most farms in Michigan, they have plenty of cherries, pies, and fudge. What sets them apart is their massive lavender labyrinth.

A trip to the center of the maze will take you about 30 minutes according to their website. There you will find an herb garden that I'm sure smells amazing. After that, it will take you another half hour to get back out.

Imagine how nice a day you could have walking through rows and rows of lavender on a nice summer day on the coast of Lake Michigan. I'm pretty sure that was what Tim Allen was talking about in those Discover Michigan commercials.

The best part? It's free. It's like they think having an incredible exhibit like this will entice people from all over the Midwest to take a trip to their farm.

If you want to know anything else about Cherry Point Farm you should check out their website here.
