In the interests of full disclosure, I have been fishing a total of 3 times. Once, when I was a kid, I badgered my dad into taking me out fishing. We caught, together, a grand total of zero fish, but at least it rained all day, and we got a flat tire coming home. He wouldn't be talked into it again. The other two times were with an old radio partner, born and raised in Minnesota with a fishing pole in one hand, beer in the other. He caught lots of fish, and had a great time. I caught one fish (counting both trips), and had lots of fun, too (because we had lots of beer and food with us).

My point to all this is: if you're just not that into fishing, perhaps you just haven't employed the right technology:

Now, if you don't wish to use your drone for fishing like Farmer Derek there, you could use it to shoot video of a living Valentines Day heart like he did with his little girls:

Fish or beef. You make the call.
