Take A Walking Tour Of Downtown Rockford

If you've never taken the time to appreciate downtown Rockford this is your perfect chance. 

The River District Association will be giving a free walking tour of downtown Rockford next Friday, May 19th.  Gary Anderson, a well known Rockford architect, will be giving the tour.

The tour will begin at the Joe Marine Statue at the corner of State and Water beginning at 6:30 PM and last around 2 hours.

If you needed any more incentive to get downtown next week, it will be the first weekend of the immensely popular Rockford City Market.

Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we can have a record breaking opening weekend for the City Market.
