How time flies when you're having fun in Downtown Rockford. Stroll on State presented by Illinois Bank & Trust will celebrate its 5th anniversary on Saturday, November 25th, and the organizers have added even more cool things to one of Rockford's favorite events.

If you're a lover (or even a "kinda like-r) of art in all its many forms, Rockford is a great town to live in. Between the museums, the galleries, and the many art-related events our city has, you might think that we wouldn't have any space for even more art--but, you'd be wrong. Look down.

We've all heard it, and maybe you've even said it, too: "There's nothing to do in Rockford!" Our friends at the Rockford Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (RACVB) put in a lot of time and effort to prove over and over again that that statement couldn't be more wrong.

It's crazy popular, but we know that some of you haven't yet made the trek downtown to enjoy the Rockford City Market. That's okay, maybe you've been busy. However, with all the great happenings each and every Friday through September 29th, how about making this the year you check it out?
