Last year in this space, I posted a story about St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Lt. Clay Higgins, of Louisiana (The Greatest Crimestoppers Video Ever). I predicted at the time that Lt. Higgins was well on his way to becoming famous because of the way he looks, the way he talks, and more importantly, what his message is.
