State Sen. Dave Syverson Says Tax Rate Should Be Temporarily Extended [AUDIO]

State Sen. Dave Syverson joined "Riley & Scot" this past week to talk about Illinois' finances. He argues that a brief extension of the current tax rate is necessary due to the fact Democrats passed a budget wildly out of balance. We delve much deeper into the details in the interview.
