We all hate junk mail. Mine always goes straight to the shredder.

There's one piece you DO NOT want to toss. It's those Valpak Coupons, because there may be $100 hidden inside.

Wait! What?

Money in the coupon booklet?

What's the catch?

Well according to the story shared by WGNthere isn't one. It's just Valpaks way to thank it's customers for using there products.

According to the company press release "$100 checks made out to "cash" will be randomly placed in specially-marked Valpak envelopes every month in 2018 in all 150 Valpak markets in the U.S.".

A rep for the company, Lisa Jensen, stated that "if you find an extra $100, maybe you can use that at one of our advertisers.”

Apparently, this Valpal $100 Win Program, isn't new. They've been doing it in select markets since 1988. However, this is the first time they done it in all of their markets, including Rockford, at the same time.

Wow! that's more reason to look through all those flyers and such. $100 is $100 and I wouldn't want to be just throwing it away.
