Rockford Tattoo Artist To Offer Free Halloween Face Painting For Kids Who Can’t Afford A Costume

A local tattoo artist believes every kid should have fun on Halloween and she's trying to make sure that happens.

That's why Jennie Tiesman is offering free face painting for Rockford kids who can't afford a costume on Halloween from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Delicious Ink at 2310 Charles Street.

On Instagram, Tiesman says "Halloween can be a fun time for most children, but for some kids and their parent, purchasing a costume is not an option."
