Rockford Park District Golf Courses Set to Open Next Week

Why is this man smiling? Probably because he's looking at the same info I'm looking at. That info comes from our good friend Laura Gibbs Green of the Rockford Park District, and if you're a golfer, you'll be happy to know that the Golf Rockford staff is busy prepping to open their courses for the season. If that new club or clubs you got for Christmas is whispering to you "let's go, already!" it's almost time.

Since the weather for next week looks very favorable, here's a look at Golf Rockford's course opening schedule. Keep in mind that the climate around here can get a little dicey at times, so this schedule is "weather permitting."
