The Forest Hills Country Club held their annual Gingerbread Brunch yesterday morning, and their Chef, Gerald Madero, created a way awesome gingerbread Wrigley Field that looks way too good to actually eat.

Sadly, gingerbread house making has never been a holiday tradition for me, but I was thinking I should start one with my girls this year. After seeing this awesomeness though, I'm not sure I will ever be pleased with anything I could actually make.

This amazing gingerbread Wrigley Field weighs over 400 pounds and is all edible, minus the Legos players. It was created by Chef Maldaro along with his staff featuring Marc Land, Ralph Steward Jr, Austin Steward and Paul Feddersen. It has cracker seats, an edible paper scoreboard, gelatin windows and a whole lot of candy deliciousness. It will be on display at Forest Hills Country Club through the holiday season.

Awesome job to all involved!
