Police Search For Missing Machesney Park Man

The Winnebago County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in the search for a missing Machesney Park man.

According to a press release, officials say 27-year-old Moheb Diab was last seen leaving a residence in the 600 block of Wood Avenue on Sunday, April 12. He was driving a red Nissan Versa with Illinois license plates E89 5702. Diab reportedly told his mother he'd return in an hour and a half. She says nothing like this ever has happened before and his behavior is highly unusual.

Anyone with information about Diab's whereabouts is urged to call the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department Detective Bureau at 815-319-6400.
