Plenty of Free Concerts All Week In Rockford

One of the best things about summer is Rockford is the music scene.

And the best thing about the Rockford summer music scene is a whole lot of it is free.

Here's a list of where you can check out some music in the Forest City this week for less than a cup of coffee.

Music In The Park - Sinnissippi Park Music Shell - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7PM through August 11

• Tuesday July 12  -"Sounds of the Stage and Screen" Rockford Concert band
• Thursday July 14 - Artist' Ensemble (radio theater)
• Prarie St. Brewing Co. will be selling beer and Wine.

Imagination Station - Sinnissippi Park Music Shell - Wednesdays at 130 PM through July 27

• Wednesday July 13 - Ken Schultz (physical comedy, juggling and more)
• Concessions will be available for purchase

Tunes On The Terrace - Nicholas Conservatory and Gardens - Wednesdays at 5PM through September 14

• Wednesday July 13 - Kristin Scholz (folk)

Live At Levings - Levings Park - Sundays throughout the summer at 4PM

• Sunday July 17 - Comedians B. Cole and Tara Terry, Cookie and The Real Deal Band, Clyde Stubblefield All Stars Band
• Free haircuts and free food provided by Big Al's
