On a Cold Day, How About a Volcano S’more?

It's a painfully cold day here in northern Illinois. Temperatures are not expected to rise much more than 10 degrees above zero, with sub-zero windchills throughout the day and into the evening. It's days like this that make you think about housing prices in Arizona, Florida, and Texas.

A good friend who lives in the Sunbelt sent me a link to this video, suggesting I might want to give this a shot before I lose all feeling in my hands and feet. However, not being a fan of heights, and my general aversion to lava, probably means it's not gonna happen.

Bradley Ambrose hiked up to the lava lake in the Marum Volcano, located on the island of Ambryn, in Vanuatu. Once there, he decided to act on the suggestion made by his wife to make s'mores using the heat of the lava lake.
