Must Watch 360 Stroll On State Video Includes Surprise Proposal

It really is amazing what technology can do these days. 

I can't get enough of these new 360 videos. If you're watching this on a mobile device you can just move it around or swipe the screen to see the 360 degrees of action. If you're watching on a desktop, just click and drag, and you can see everything.

Make sure you make it to the end when there's a surprise proposal. Normally I'm against the public proposal but this one seemed pretty cool.

If you didn't make it downtown for Stroll on State, it seems like you were the only one. Official numbers aren't out yet but it looks like they might have set another attendance record.
