I read a piece the other day that said the average American woman will spend anywhere from a year and a half to three years of her life in front of the mirror doing her hair and makeup.

Living with two women (wife and daughter, not a "Big Love" scenario), I would say it depends on the woman. My wife can take 5 minutes and look like a million bucks. So can my daughter, but she chooses to take a whole lot longer.
