A crazy web post is urging Keurig users to throw away their coffee machine today.

Take this with a grain of salt, but the web post comes from Conspiracy Club, a website that deals with (you guessed it) conspiracies.

The latest conspiracy drummed up by the team over there features the deadly effects of using K-Cups in your Keurig machine.

They believe that Keurig machines are "harboring mold and bacteria." They also have an issue with K-Cups, believing that the cups are using a "coated foil" that has been linked to these issues/diseases:

  • Alzheimer's
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Autism
  • Celiac Disease

Now before you throw away your Keurig machine, just remember that none of this has been scientifically proven.

It's just interesting. Until more evidence linking diseases and sicknesses come out I will remain pretty skeptical. It kind of makes me who is writing something like this too.

It makes me wonder if there is a conspiracy "brewing" behind the Keurig story, like it was written by Mr. Coffee or something.
