Illinois Police Officers Will Undergo A New Test

Ken Decoster from Crime Stoppers made his weekly visit to the show. This week Ken tells about a new test that officers will have to pass after going through a traumatic event on the job. This will hopefully lead to better relations between the force and the public. Ken also had information on the top fugitives the police are currently looking for.
