I tried a new "How To" hack, that said you can easily peel the shell on hard boiled eggs if you use a lemon wedge when boiling your eggs.

I wanted to know does this work?

Peeling hard boiled eggs isn't always easy.  Pieces of shell going everywhere. Tearing up and ripping the soft whites. It makes my fingers sore just thinking about it.

Well I read if you throw a lemon wedge in with your eggs while hard boiling them the shells will peel off easy-peasy.

I will admit I was a bit skeptical but if it works I'm all for it.

So here's what happened.

Well, as you can tell I was and am impressed with this life hack. Who knew a lemon wedge could do all that.

Happy peeling!
