Riley & I were thrilled to be joined on the show by the great Walter E. Williams. He stopped by to discuss his new collection of columns and essays, "American Contempt For Liberty".

Williams is the John M. Olin Distinguished Professor of Economics at George Mason University and a nationally syndicated columnist. He's always a frequent fill-in show host for Rush Limbaugh.

In the book, one of America’s most-distinguished economists questions why a people who claim to value liberty so greatly have allowed their personal freedoms to become so eroded by government. Is modern America really doing its best to uphold freedom and liberty? That’s the question posed in the new book.
