Duncan Hines Recalls Cake Mix For Salmonella

Another day, another salmonella recall. 

It's been a BIG year for salmonella. It seems like we get news of one of these about once a day.

The contamination was found in their Classic White cake mix but they have expanded the recall to their Classic Butter Golden, Signature Confetti, and Classic Yellow.

The specific batches for the recall are as follows.

• Classic White, UPC: 644209307500, and have a best if used by date of March 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 2019.
• Classic Butter Golden, UPC: 644209307494, and have a best if used by date of March 9, 10, 12, 13, 2019.
• Signature Confetti, UPC: 644209307593, and have a best if used by date of March 7, 8, 9, 2019.
• Classic Yellow, UPC: 644209414550, and have a best if used by date of March 12, 13, 2019.

If you have one of these mixes Duncan Hines urges you to return them to the store or to just throw them out.
