No one will ever accuse Packer fans of not being one of the more die-hard fan bases in the NFL. We'll find out just how die-hard they are if this place sells.

This modest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2,100 square foot house sits in the shadow of Lambeau Field in Green Bay. Bought in 2007 for $170,000 and turned into a party house named PackerPlex, the owners are now trying to flip it for over 5 times what they paid. Will they get it? Time will tell but similar properties on Shadow Lane in Green Bay are being listed for way above the neighborhood median of $170,000.

The current owners of the house don't live there but do show up on some game days and enjoy the Packer-themed abode for the weekend. If they decide not to go there for the game they rent the house out for up to $3,500 for the weekend.

What will $1 million dollars get you besides an excellent view of the stadium? Let's take a look.

I'm honestly pretty impressed with how they decorated it. It's VERY gaudy, but I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be.

I don't think these guys are going to get a million dollars for this place, but 750K? I can see it. Packer fans are pretty voracious in their fandom. I just hope someone doesn't buy it and tear it down. That Packer carpeting is fantastic (literally.)
