Did Two Rockford Restaurants Just Close Up Shop For Good?

Two Rockford restaurants appear to have come and gone and nobody had a clue they were getting ready to close up shop.

And honestly, we would have been none the wiser too if it wasn't for this anonymous message sent to us through the 97ZOK app.

Two restaurants closed in the middle of the night. Calls to each location, Hardees at 1550 East Riverside in Loves Park and the KFC/Long John Silver's combo at 5949 East State Street, went unanswered.

All things considered, this report seems to be rather credible. Have you cruised past either location in the past 24 hours?
