Kris Bryant and his Cub teammates have an extreme escape route from Wrigley Field planned after they win the World Series.

The Cubs slugger sat down with Josh Noel of the Chicago Tribune to talk about his life outside of baseball. The whole article, which I highly recommend reading, can be found here.

But just as any conversation with someone at the top of their field it quickly turned back to their passion. Bryant says that the team often talks about what they will do not "if" but "when" they win the World Series. The idea being that if you already visualize it in your mind it will be that much easier to achieve.

And what exactly is the teams escape route? Bryant says that since the Wrigleyville area with undoubtedly be out of control the team plans on escaping by taking a helicopter out of the stadium.

Where to? Bryant isn't sure but there is surely a rooftop bar that would foot the bill for a helipad just to host this once in a generation type of party.
