Chicago Bound Passengers Get Laughable ‘Looney Tunes’ Landing Annoucement
Flying for some, can be downright unnerving. It doesn't matter how many times you've traveled, there's always that one part of the flight that has you sitting on the edge of your seat; hoping for a safe return to the ground.
For me, that part is the landing. The instant I can feel the plane start to descend, I get a little nervous; my ears start to pop and I swallow repeatedly to the tune of seat belts clicking as a voice can be heard throughout the cabin telling you to prepare for arrival.
Typically it's a calm, soothing voice telling you to return to your seats as you prepare to descend into your destination city, but on this particular Chicago bound Southwest flight, it was a looney voice,as in Looney Tunes.
According to NBC Chicago, Zach Haumesser impersonated nearly a dozen Looney Tunes characters as his plane prepared to land in Chicago.
Those were pretty spot on. I've been looking for a reason to fly Southwest for a while now and this just did it for me.
