If you've got these in your freezer you need to think twice before throwing them in the oven or freezer.

Chicken nuggets in my household are a go to and quick and easy meal when the kids are hungry and you don't have a ton of time to whip something together.

Now I feel like I need to go home and immediately check the bag in my freezer.

ABC 7 in Chicago is reporting:

Tyson Foods Inc. is recalling approximately 132,520 pounds of fully cooked chicken nugget products that may be contaminated with hard plastic."

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) says to be on the lookout for:

5-lb. bag containing “Tyson FULLY COOKED PANKO CHICKEN NUGGETS” with a “Best If Used By” date of July 18, 2017 and case code 2006SDL03 and 2006SDL33."

"20-lb. bulk packages containing “SPARE TIME Fully Cooked, Panko Chicken Nuggets, Nugget Shaped Chicken Breast Pattie Fritters With Rib Meat” with a production date of July 18, 2016 and case code 2006SDL03."

If you bought either of these two packages, you should throw them out immediately or take them back to the store where purchased.
