Author Rod Gragg Educates us on ‘The Pilgrim Chronicles’ [AUDIO]

Thanksgiving is this week (but you knew that already) and Riley & I thought it might be a good idea to get a little history lesson on the holiday.

Most Americans know the basic facts of the Pilgrims, but how much do you know about the whole story? Award-winning journalist, author and historian, Rod Gragg joined us to talk about his new book, "The Pilgrim Chronicles: An Eyewitness History of the Pilgrims and the Founding of Plymouth Colony". In it he describes the Pilgrims journey with little-known facts, compelling drama, and first-hand accounts.

From their persecution in England and painful exile in Holland to their voyage across the Atlantic and their struggle to survive among the Indians in an untamed wilderness, Gragg goes deep into the harrowing and inspiring journey of a people seeking religious freedom in a new land.
