A German company wants to build something awesome this summer on Lake Michigan, and they are in the final stages of approval to get it done.

Ladies and Gentleman, please allow me to introduce you to the Wibit Sports Park:

The Germany company Wibit is is hoping to begin building this massive inflatable water park on Whihala Beach in Whiting, Indiana this summer. It would be the first of its kind for Lake Michigan, and Whiting officials hope it will attract more people to the area. According to The Northwest Indiana Times, the attraction would hold about 120 to 140 people at a time, and is designed for all ages, from toddler to adult.

The Times also says Wibit visitors "can scamper around a floating roundabout, try to run across a steeply banked curve without slipping into the water, or jump on a flip feature, propelling their friends on the other side into shallow water not far from the shore."

Well, I'm sold...this thing sounds like awesome family fun. Get it done, Whiting, and we will be there to visit. FYI, Whiting, IN is about 2 and a half hours from Rockford...I just Google mapped it.
