Alpine Hills Snow Park Is Set To Open This Week

The snow park in the heart of the city is opening up just in time for Christmas break.

This 5-acre park is located off of Alpine Road just south of State Street. It is divided into different sections that allow tubing, sledding and more for people of all ages and abilities.

The best part though is that it doesn't even need to be snowing to enjoy the park. They make their own stuff right on site.

The park officially opens Thursday, December 21st at 5 PM. The schedule for the rest of Christmas break can be found here. The other really cool thing about the park is that they're open every day over break, even Christmas and New Year's Day.

So bundle up the kids and send them down the mountain. They just might sleep on the way home.
