The paparazzi was everywhere for Trix the T.Rex's stop at O'Hare Airport.

It was quite a day on Tuesday at O'Hare Airport as Trix, a 66-million-year-old fossil took her trip to the Netherlands.

According to the Chicagoist, she was found in 2013 in Montana and is now on her way to the Netherlands so she can be on display at the Naturalis Biodiversity Center. She had a layover in none other than Chicago's O'Hare Airport.

Everyone was so excited for her arrival!

There were even special events set up at the airport today. Guests could see Trix's passport, have their photo taken with her (via green screen) and was able to watch her get loaded up. Well, her crates anyways.
